The work of the Community Partnership is currently funded through a Sevice Level Agreement (SLA) with the National Park Authority. This SLA sets out the services that the Park Authority would like the Community Partnership to deliver over a set period of time. This is reviewed annually.
Funding also comes in the form of grants from funding bodies to support specific projects. Over the last three years we have secured over £130,000 from Forth Valley & Lomond LEADER to support the development of a Skills Partnership project in the Park.
Through the development of community action plans we are in a position to evaluate what the key issues are for our communities. We use this information to help develop projects and through this we are seeking to securing additional funding to enable us to provide a higher level of service and benefits for community organisations across the Park area, and beyond.
