Development Manager

Anne is taking up her new role as Development Manager with the Community Partnership after 9 years in the Western Isles where she worked with third sector organisations of all kinds.  This year Anne is learning to play the ukulele! She looks forward to meeting with you all soon.

Fiona Paul

Fiona Paul

Social Enterprise Hub, Learning Coordinator

Fiona is responsible for providing effective learner recruitment and customer service, administrative and co-ordination support in the on-going development and delivery of our new Social Enterprise Hub in Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park.

The Hub is a new venture jointly developed by The Community Partnership and the Social Enterprise Academy (SEA) that will deliver SEA learning programmes park wide and is funded by Forth Valley & Lomond and Argyll & the Islands LEADER through the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development and the Scottish Government – Europe Investing in Rural Areas.

Fiona has a strong background working in third sector organisations, and is looking forward to join the Community Partnership and work in the area in which she grew up. Fiona is passionate about gardening and foraging allowing her to experiment with chutneys and jams. Fiona also volunteers in a local gardening charity, working in the local community and with schools.

Business Development Manager, Social Enterprise Hub

Lara is the lead on sales and the development of a new Social Enterprise Hub in Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park.

Lara’s role will stimulate and respond to demand for the Hub’s products, design and deliver learning and development programmes for major clients and contracts, as well as supporting new and existing social enterprises in the area.

The Hub is a new venture jointly developed by The Community Partnership and the Social Enterprise Academy (SEA) that will deliver SEA learning programmes park wide and is being funded by Forth Valley & Lomond and Argyll & the Islands LEADER through the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development and the Scottish Government – Europe Investing in Rural Areas.

Lara’s background is in social enterprise management and a varied career in the third sector. Lara has most recently worked as Business Manager for Paths for All – aiming to get more people walking in Scotland. Working three days a week in the new role, Lara hopes to spend more time on the cycle paths in the Queen Elizabeth Forest Park near her home in Buchlyvie and she’s looking forward to trying out an E-Bike.

Community Partnership Support Officer

After leaving the Royal Navy in 2011, and two summers as a seasonal ranger Marie joined the Community Partnership to pursue new challenges closer to home!

Marie’s CP role is one with many hats ranging from communications, project support,  event planning and Board Management.  In her spare time Marie loves hill walking, is a member of her local high school PTA fundraising committee and sings with the West of Scotland’s Military Wives Choir. She is actively involved in environmental and conservational projects and this year is training to become a qualified Marine Mammal Medic.
