Invitations will soon be in the post to attend this years AGM and is open to Community Development Trusts, Community Councils, community interest groups and Village Hall committees from around Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park.

At this years AGM not only will there will be some changes but some sad farewells too! Outgoing Directors this year will be; Carol Hemfrey (Lomond) and Alan Smailes (Breadalbane). Also leaving us is Cristina Sanchez Navarro (Lomond) and Ceci Alderton (Cowal), meaning that we have a number of vacancies to fill in Lomond, the Trossachs, Cowal and Breadalbane. A big thank you to all our outgoing Directors for their support, encouragement, skills & experience, and who have all given their time freely!
We would also like to say a big thank you to long standing Associate Director Gordon Donaldson who recently stood down following his retirement from the Forestry Commission Scotland earlier this year.

Applications are now being sought from motivated individuals who are committed to supporting community development in Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park area and who wish to share their skills to ensure the Community Partnership can best serve its members going forward.
Community Partnership members will have the opportunity to elect and vote for new Directors to the Board.
All Directors need to be nominated by their community organisation but if you are interested or know of someone who could stand as a representative for your community on our Board then please get in touch, we would be happy to chat with you to discuss what is involved and what you could bring.

The Board is responsible for the good governance of the charity and sets the strategic direction of the organisation. The Community Partnership Board is made up of 3 types of Directors:
- Elected Directors – individuals nominated and elected by full members of the Community Partnership
- Co-opted Directors – individuals co-opted on the basis that he or she has special skills or experience which would be of assistance to the Community Partnership Board
- Associate Directors – From Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park Authority and the Forestry Commission Scotland
The Community Partnership Board has 12 Elected Directors nominated by community organisations holding Full Membership status. The Board meets at least 4 times a year with Directors also participating in one or more of five sub groups.
