Village Hall Network

Developing your knowledge and skills levels is vital for village hall volunteers and management committees.

In partnership with the Social Enterprise Academy, we are looking to develop a Social Enterprise Academy Hub here in the Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park to support you in the successful running and management of your community venue.

The hub once developed would:

  • Develop training programmes on developing, managing and up scaling your trading enterprise for charities, village halls and social enterprises;
  • Deliver specialist training to social enterprise practitioners and leaders including Leadership programmes;
  • Develop courses on all aspects of social enterprise management;
  • Develop courses and support structures for young social entrepreneurs;
  • Identify and train local tutors employed to deliver Social Enterprise Academy approved courses.

Project Activities

The LEADER funded Social Enterprise Academy Hub project will support a part time Business Development Manager post and a part time Learning Coordinator post which will both support the delivery of SEA programmes and establish a new income stream for the Community Partnership.
